ABOUT Hayley
Hayley Stoner is an author, creator and speaker whose work is rooted in her own lived healing journey through trauma, healing, memory, and identity transformation.
Hayley has been on a long healing journey for almost seven years. What began as learning energy healing in an attempt to save her husband’s life, became the beginning of her own awakening. It led her into a profound journey of facing childhood trauma, healing the deepest wounded parts of herself, and slowly returning to wholeness.
Losing her mother at age three shaped the beliefs that quietly governed her entire life. She grew up believing she was responsible for other people’s pain. Hyper-vigilance became her way of surviving, and proving her very worth became a lifelong pattern.
Her writing emerges from a deeply embodied process of nervous system integration and the gradual unravelling of long-held patterns of survival, self-abandonment, and internal fragmentation. Through this work, she explores how healing is not simply psychological, but a full-system return to coherence between body, identity, and lived experience.
Alongside her writing, Hayley creates music and 444 frequency-infused wearable art, healing mantra cards, and sacred geometry pieces designed to support remembrance, embodiment, and emotional healing. These creations are rooted in the same principles that guided her own recovery, exploring how intention, symbolism, frequency, and creativity can become powerful tools for reconnecting with ourselves. Each collection is accompanied by a 444 frequency activation, inviting the wearer or recipient to pause, connect inward, and consciously embody the energy behind their chosen piece. Together, these creative offerings form an extension of Hayley's wider body of work, exploring how creativity can become a pathway back to wholeness, remembrance, and transformation.

Hayley is a born creator. However, she has kept herself small and not allowed her gifts to shine from the fear of visibility and fear of collapse after expansion. For years, every creative project Hayley tried to bring into the world seemed to collapse before it had the chance to fully exist.
But healing changed that. What once felt impossible has become inevitable. The creator she spent years hiding as finally stepped forward. Now Hayley’s creator power has risen and she is not only an author, a designer, a transformational guide and a woman who has rebuilt her body from the inside out - she now is the creative director of her own life.
Since the launch of She Who Fell, her work has naturally expanded even further. The creation of the launch experience of She Who Fell revealed something unexpected: storytelling, music, creativity and nervous system healing could come together to create deeply transformational experiences.
